Standard parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking. If there are unexpected delivery delays, we’ll contact you with an update.

Prefer to collect your order? Free in-store pickup is available from Mary & Tex Curious Emporium, 187 Summer Street, Orange NSW.

Furniture or Bulky Items

Additional costs may be incurred for shipping of bulky goods. A quote may need to be organised for the delivery of bulky goods available in store or online. Once you have accepted the quote we will contact you to arrange payment. Australia post may not be used for bulky items.

Lost or Undelivered items

If a parcel does not arrive or is damaged upon arrival please notify us via email home@maryandtex.com.au and we can place an inquiry with Australia Post.

If Australia Post have your parcel registered as delivered it is the responsibility of the recipient to place an inquiry with AustraliaPost as per the Australia Post Guidelines.

International orders aren't possible at the moment.
